My QR Code isn’t working, what can I do?

Please try each one in the order below:

Check eSIM compatible device: Ensure your phone is network unlocked and check your device compatibility HERE

Check your internet connection: You need a WiFi or cellular connection to download the eSIM profile. Ensure your internet connection properly works.

Check your phone camera: Switch to the camera to check whether it properly works or not. 

Check whether your eSIM QR code is used or not: Go to your SIM card manager/cellular settings to see if the eSIM is on your phone.

Install eSIM manually: If you still cannot scan your QR code after checking the all things above, try setting up your eSIM manually. Select “Enter details manually” instead when you are prompted to scan the QR code. Enter the SM-DP+ ADDRESS & ACTIVATION CODE, which are all sent to your QR Code email.
