After purchasing GIGAGO eSIM, you will receive an email with eSIM QR code and instructions. After purchasing the eSIM, the validity has not started. After installation, the validity period will start in 2 cases:
- If you are using GIGA7-10-15, GIGA120, (Which require activation SMS): The validity will start after sending activation SMS, not after installation.
- If you are using GIGA5D- 7D- 30 (Which does not require activation SMS): The validity will start after installtion. So, please install eSIM one day before departure.
Notes: You can save the QR code without scanning in maximum 30 days (It's recommended to purchase the eSIM maximum 30 days before departure).
