Please follow these steps below to install an eSIM on your iOS device:
Step 1: On your iOS device, go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data.
Step 2: Select Add Cellular Plan/Add eSIM.
Step 3: Scan the eSIM QR code that you have received in the email.
Step 4: Select Add Cellular Plan button to download the eSIM profile.
Step 5: Label the eSIM. On the screen named Cellular/Mobile Data Plan Labels, select the available label (like Secondary, Business, Travel,... ) or Label your eSIM profile as you want (i.e. Gigago eSIM), and tap Continue.
Step 6: Set up Default Line. Set your eSIM profile as the Default Line (if your data eSIM comes with a phone number) or select your Primary number (if your data eSIM does not come with a phone number), then select Continue.
Step 7: Set up Cellular data. Set your eSIM profile as the default Cellular Data > Select Done. Switch off the Allow Cellular Data Switching to avoid automatic changing to Primary SIM data, which can lead to roaming charges.
Step 8: Turn on Data Roaming to start using your eSIM.
Note: After the installation, you will need to send text message to activate eSIM plan. Each activating message will depend on each eSIM plan. You can check in the attached guide in the email.
