How can I top up or extend my eSIM plan?

There are many eSIM plans on GIGAGO, so you need to check the top-up feature in each product description first. If the plan's top-up is available, then you can top up both credit and data/validity for the eSIM: 

Top up data/ extend vadility:

To top up data/validity for the eSIM, you will need to contact GIGAGO via WhatsApp/Zalo/email/... We will take an instant response for top up requests.

If the top-up is available for your plan, we will create a custom payment link for the top-up. After the payment is done, the top-up will be automatically added to your eSIM number.

Top up credits for calls/SMS:

With eSIM plans include calls/SMS features, you can top up a small credit to use these features. 

Local calling and SMS rates in Vietnam:

• Calls: ~1100VND/minute
• SMS: ~300VND/SMS 

Top up credit online with GIGAGO:

Top up credit with scratch cards:

You can top up your GIGAGO eSIM with a Vinaphone top-up scratch card. Here are the things you need to do to top-up your eSIM number.

1. Buy a Vinaphone scratch card (in Vietnamese, it is called “Thẻ cào Vinaphone”). It can be VND 50,000, 100,000, 200,000, depending on you.
2. Scratch its back to get the topup code.
3. Go to your phone’s phone call icon, switch your number to eSIM number and type *100*your-top-up-code# and press OK to complete the process.
